The EGR cooling system is a device set up to reduce NOx emissions from vehicle exhaust, and it is an exhaust gas recirculation system. The temperature of the exhaust gas is as high as 600 °C. Before entering the engine intake system, it must be cooled. The EGR cooler can meet this demand. The oil cooler is a device that accelerates the heat dissipation of the lubricating oil to keep it at a lower temperature. The function is to avoid the weakening of lubricating effect caused by the increase of oil temperature. It is divided into air-cooled and water-cooled oil coolers. AKJ company develops a series of oil coolers for heavy trucks.
The charge air cooler is a mechanical device used to cool the compressed gas. It is an efficient radiator. Its main function is to cool the air before it enters the engine. AKJ supports customization, research and development of intercoolers for mid-to-high-end cars, trucks, and buses.
The Heater core is a complete set of devices that blow cold air to the surface of the heat exchanger, absorb its heat and guide it into the car, thereby increasing the temperature inside the car. AKJ supports sample development, customization and on-site inspection of the factory.
